What are individual exercise plans

This type of exercise is ideal where someone is very busy and unable to always attend an osteopath or massage visit.

A patient will receive an assessment to view overall posture and any imbalances.  The imbalances will be noted and exercises to stretch, strengthen or simply condition muscles specific to that patient will be implemented to a patient individualized exercise plan and are specific to that patient and no one else.  Following this plan for a month the plan will then be reviewed and as the patient’s body changes adaptations are then implemented accordingly.
